2. Estimates & No Income Guarantees

All metrics, search volume estimations, competitor Best Sellers Rank (BSR) velocity curves, and 0–100 verdicts provided by ReaderDemand are probabilistic market research estimates based on publicly observable Amazon marketplace data. We do not guarantee sales, royalties, or financial outcomes. Your commercial results depend entirely on book writing quality, cover design, marketing, and market conditions beyond our control.

3. Trademark Notice

Amazon, Kindle, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), and all associated logos are registered trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. ReaderDemand is an independent research platform and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon.

4. Plans & Lifetime Access Definition

• Monthly & Annual Subscriptions: Grant access to the monthly allowances specified in your plan for the active billing cycle.
• Founding Lifetime Access: Defined as access for the commercial life of the ReaderDemand service. Your account receives its published monthly allowance replenished every month with zero recurring renewal fees, subject to standard fair-use guidelines.

5. Fair Use & Account Security

Accounts are for individual author use and may not be resold, shared across multiple parties, or accessed via automated scraping bots. Exceeding monthly plan quotas will pause tool operations until the next monthly billing cycle reset or upgrade.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of [Jurisdiction / State / Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
